Coolrite has been one of our key suppliers for over 20 years. For me the most important factor with any supplier is consistency. I’ve developed a personal relationship with the people at Coolrite & I trust them to keep delivering the service levels that I’ve come to rely on. I feel that they’re big enough that they can consistently provide great service but I still feel like they value our business, which isn’t always the case with large suppliers. Throughout all our store fit outs and refurbishments Coolrite have always done their very best to make the process as smooth as possible, from working at night to dealing with tight deadlines. All in all I’m glad to have been a customer for so long and would definitely recommended Coolrite.
